Dein Impact Als Senior UX Product Designer (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung und der Gestaltung unseres Produkts. Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, die Customer Experience zu verbessern und sicherzustellen, dass die Ausrichtung des Produkts optimal auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden abgestimmt ist. Dadurch sorgst du nachhaltig für eine bessere Nutzererfahrung und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung unseres Produktes entscheidend mit. Du trägst direkt dazu bei, innovative Lösungen für zukunftssichere Lieferketten im industriellen Mittelstand zu entwickeln, und somit einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Zukunftsfähigkeit des Rückgrats der europäischen Wirtschaft zu leisten.
Deine Aufgaben:
Entwickle ein tiefes Verständnis für unsere Kunden, ihre Herausforderungen und die wesentlichen Aufgaben, die im Tagesgeschäft anfallen.
Sammle wertvolle Einblicke und Feedback durch User Interviews und arbeite eng mit allen Stakeholdern zusammen, um Anforderungen zu ermitteln.
Erstelle User Stories, Prototypen und Mockups, um neue Produktmerkmale vom frühen User Testing bis zur endgültigen Implementierung voranzutreiben.
Zerlege komplexe Probleme und definiere klare Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Productmanagement und unserem Tech Team.
Gestalte die Produktimplementierung und -auslieferung in einer agilen Entwicklungsumgebung.
Stimme unsere Produktentwicklung auf strategische Ziele, relevante KPIs und direkte Auswirkungen auf unseren Produktroadmap ab.
Dein Profil
Du hast Erfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre) im Produktdesign in einem dynamischen B2B SaaS Umfeld (z.B. schnell wachsendes Startup, gutes Tech Unternehmen).
Du arbeitest gerne kundenzentriert mit einem Fokus auf die gesamte User Journey, von der Entwicklung der Customer Experience bis hin zur Gestaltung visuell ansprechender User Interfaces.
Du bist sehr vertraut mit den gängigen Designtools, insbesondere Figma.
Du besitzt sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Englischen, sowohl schriftlich als auch verbal - Deutsch ist ein Pluspunkt, aber nicht nötig.
Du arbeitest gerne mit einem interdisziplinären, vielfältigen und internationalen Team.

Your mission
Your impact: As a Senior UX Product Designer (m/f/d) you will play a key role in the development and design of our product. You will play a crucial role in improving the customer experience and ensuring that the product is optimally aligned with the needs of our customers. By doing so, you ensure a sustainable and better user experience and play a decisive role in the further development and improvement of our product. You will directly contribute to the development of innovative solutions for future-proof supply chains in the industrial SME sector and thus make a significant contribution to the future viability of the backbone of the European economy.
Your tasks:
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pains, and the key tasks involved in their day-to-day business.
Gather valuable insights and feedback from user research and retrieve requirements in collaboration with all stakeholders
Design and build user stories, prototypes and mockups to drive new product features from early user testing to final implementation
Break down complex problems and define clear specifications in collaboration with our product management and our engineering team
Shape the product implementation and delivery in an agile development environment
Align our product development around strategic goals, relevant KPIs and have a direct impact on our product roadmap
Your profile
You have experience (at least 2 years) in product design in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment (e.g. fast-growing startup, good tech company).
You enjoy working in a customer-centric way with a focus on the entire user journey, from developing the customer experience to designing visually appealing user interfaces.
You are very familiar with common design tools, especially Figma.
You have very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal - German is a plus, but not necessary.
You enjoy working with an interdisciplinary, diverse and international team.
