Your mission

Are you passionate about sourcing exceptional talent and building impactful relationships? At Tacto, we are on a mission to scale our high-performing team, and as a Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our hiring efforts. This role focuses on top-of-funnel talent generation, utilizing innovative sourcing and outreach strategies and contributing to referral networks and event pipelines.

This position offers a clear path for growth into broader recruitment responsibilities, with the potential to transition into a Talent Partner role.

Drive Sourcing Excellence

Identify and engage high-potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and social media.
Build and maintain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline for key roles.
Lead referral campaigns and collaborate with team members to source exceptional talent.

Enhance Talent Engagement

Craft personalized, compelling outreach messages that reflect Tacto’s culture and values.
Continuously optimize sourcing and engagement strategies through A/B testing and data-driven improvements.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from the very first touchpoint.

Contribute to Employer Branding and Events

Partner with our Employer Branding team to design and execute sourcing events like hackathons, meetups, and networking evenings.
Use events to engage passive talent and convert them into active candidates.
Track and measure event-driven candidate success rates.

Collaborate and Report

Work closely with hiring managers and Talent Partners to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.
Provide regular updates on pipeline metrics, response rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
Contribute insights to refine Tacto’s overall recruitment strategy.

Your profile

Essential Skills & Experience

• 0.5–2 years of sourcing experience, preferably in tech or high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and personalized outreach messages.
• Highly organized and data-driven, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience coordinating talent engagement events.
• Familiarity with hiring for SaaS or tech-focused roles, such as engineering or sales.
• Experience using Ashby or similar ATS tools.
• A desire to grow into full-cycle recruitment and talent advisory responsibilities.
