Your Tasks
- Driving Revenue Operations: Manage our sales tool stack (primarily Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, Clay) to ensure smooth processes and use analytics tools (especially HubSpot) to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Improving our Go-to-Market Process: Push initiatives to enhance the scalability and efficiency of our go-to-market efforts over time.
- Supporting product exploration: Support our product team by discovering new trends, conducting customer interviews, and validating product features in the market, as well as providing educational insights to the organization.
- Building an internal data and analytics infrastructure: Contribute to building our internal data infrastructure, from data collection to evaluation, to improve internal decision-making.
