Your Impact
As a Go-To-Market Manager (m/f/d) at Tacto, you will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of our go-to-market strategy. You will be in charge of and optimize core initiatives that are mainly driving our growth, such as webinars, lead and deal funnel nurturing, regional events, etc. By identifying and scaling new growth initiatives with 10x potential, you will be a key contributor to establishing Tacto as the leading procurement operating system in Europe and building a strong brand and community around Tacto. You are an important interface between Marketing, Sales and CS Operations, to coordinate everything from product to GTM to ensure an optimal implementation in the market.
Your Tasks:
As a Go-To-Market Manager (m/f/d) at Tacto, you will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of our go-to-market strategy. You will be in charge of and optimize core initiatives that are mainly driving our growth, such as webinars, lead and deal funnel nurturing, regional events, etc. By identifying and scaling new growth initiatives with 10x potential, you will be a key contributor to establishing Tacto as the leading procurement operating system in Europe and building a strong brand and community around Tacto. You are an important interface between Marketing, Sales and CS Operations, to coordinate everything from product to GTM to ensure an optimal implementation in the market.
Your Tasks:
- Executing GTM operations: Manage and optimize our core go-to-market initiatives like webinars, lead and deal funnel nurturing, content creation, regional events etc. to ensure smooth go-to-market operations and guarantee the best support for our sales team
- Identifying and scaling new growth initiatives: Identify, operationalize and scale new GTM initiatives having the potential to grow us tenfold in close collaboration with our growth hackers to ensure smooth operationalization
- Defining and executing our inbound marketing strategy: Assist in defining and implementing our inbound marketing strategy to increase inbound-driven growth (e.g., PR, media campaigns, etc.)
- Fostering strong relationships with customers and partners: Keep a strong relationship with our customers and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., with industry associations, consultancies, law firms, software companies) to better position our product in the market
- Building a brand around Tacto: Establish Tacto as the leading procurement operating system for the industrial Mittelstand in Europe, by driving different initiatives such as our yearly Procurement meeting and manage our presence at key procurement fairs
