Du definierst unsere Talent Acquisition Strategie und koordinierst Neueinstellungen auf verschiedenen Kanälen
Du trägst unsere Kultur, durch verschiedenste Initiativen nach außen und positionierst Tacto im Ökosystem, z.B. Kooperationen, Events, Social Media etc.
Du berätst und unterstützt proaktiv die verantwortlichen Stakeholder in den Business Teams durch die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Erweiterung von strategischen Hiring Initiativen
Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Talente - du findest sie, sprichst sie an und überzeugst sie über verschiedenste Kanäle
Du führst den Kontakt und die Interviews mit Bewerbern und sorgst dafür, dass sich neue Mitarbeiter willkommen fühlen
Du nutzt unser CRM zum Aufbau und zur Entwicklung von nachhaltigen Talent-Pipelines, um sie bei Bedarf (wieder) zu engagen und zu betreuen
Du entwickelst unsere Employer Branding-Strategie und platzierst Tacto als das attraktivste Startup in München

Was Du mitbringst
Du bringst Berufserfahrung (idealerweise >2 Jahre) im Recruiting von Business-Talenten mit und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Themen und Trends im Startup-Umfeld, insbesondere in den Bereichen Sales, Marketing und Customer Success
Du hast ausgeprägte kommunikative, zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen mit der Fähigkeit, starke Beziehungen zu Personen aus allen Teams sowie aus dem Kandidaten-Netzwerk mit unterschiedlichen Hintergründen aufzubauen
Du bist ein selbstbewusster und auf den Punkt kommender Gesprächspartner, der in der Lage ist, passive Kandidaten zu gewinnen und sie für Tacto zu begeistern
Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert und bist in der Lage, bei einer Vielzahl komplexer Aufgaben Prioritäten zu setzen und diese gewissenhaft zu erledigen

Your Impact As our first In-House Recruiter, you will help us to shape the most important part of our success: Our team. To scale our business, we are looking for the best talents in the business area and you will make a significant contribution to convincing them of Tacto. You can help shape the candidate experience from recruiting to employer branding. You will work directly with the founders and make a significant contribution to the growth of our organization from 50 to 100 people.
Your Responsibilities Lead and take responsibility for our talent acquisition in the tech sector from recruiting to employer branding in order to attract the best talents for us:
You define our talent acquisition strategy and coordinate the acquisition of new potential hires across various channels.
You represent our culture through various initiatives externally and position Tacto in the ecosystem, e.g., through collaborations, events, social media, etc.
You proactively advise and support the responsible stakeholders in the business teams through the development, implementation and expansion of strategic hiring initiatives
You are the first point of contact for talents - you find them, reach out to them and convince them via various channels.
You maintain contact and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring an amazing candidate experience, and make new employees feel welcome.
You use our CRM to build and develop sustainable talent pipelines in order to (re)engage and support them when needed.
You develop our employer branding strategy and position Tacto as the most attractive startup for the best talents in Munich.
Your profile
How you can contribute
You have professional experience (ideally >2 years) in recruiting business talent and possess a good understanding of topics and trends in the startup environment, especially in the areas of sales, marketing and customer success
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with people from all teams as well as from the candidate network with different backgrounds
You are a confident and to-the-point interviewer who is able to win over passive candidates and get them excited about Tacto
You work in a very structured way and are able to prioritize and conscientiously complete a variety of complex tasks
You have a data-based approach and are very skilled at drawing conclusions and actions based on analysis
You enjoy working with an interdisciplinary, diverse and international team to improve our organization
You are motivated to build something from the ground up, love empowering others, and are not hesitant to be hands-on and get involved.
